Meal prep can not get easier than this. We take all the guesswork out of nutrition for you. with the new Zilla Meal Plans, the hardest task you'll have is figuring out which meal to eat first! It's as simple as...
-Select from our meal plan options based on your needs (please read descriptions of each plan below)
-Select how many entrees per week
-Select breakfast options
-Subscribe, and never have to worry about meal prep again
We select the meals based off of your needs and restrictions. 

CLEAN MEAL PLAN: This plan consists of the foods with the least amount of ingredients possible ie Salmon and Jasmine Rice, Steak Sweet Potato, Chicken and Green Beans. This plan is perfect if you are following a whole foods diet like Whole 30 and want to minimize the ingredients in food

FAT LOSS MEAL PLAN: The fat loss meal plan will consist all of meal higher in protein [above 30g] as well as a lower calorie content [below 450 calories per meal]. 

MUSCLE BUILDING MEAL PLAN: The muscle building plan will consist of all higher calorie meals [above 500 calories and above 30g protein per meal]

JUST FEED ME MEAL PLAN: This is perfect for those that aren't picky, do not need any specificity in their diet, and just want their meal prep made for them

Every meal is hand made from scratch. We source our ingredients as local as we can, and utilize our knowledge in sports nutrition to create tasty meals with the best macronutrient profile available


Each meal is vacuum sealed for ultimate freshness and is able to last 14 days in the fridge and 6 months in the freezer, from the seal date.


Pull film back 1/2 an inch to create a vent. Heat on HIGH for 2-3 minutes or until desired temp is met.
