can i change my order?
At checkout, you have the option to select your DEPARTURE DATE, which is the day the order will leave our facility. Since our packages are able to have 48 hour transit, your meals will arrive 1-2 days AFTER the day you select at checkout.
Are your meals gluten free?
Many of our meals are gluten free! Each meal that is gluten free will have a "GF" icon in the lower right hand corner. You may also build your own custom meal which will be gluten free.
What about food allergies?
We list the most common food allergies or what the meal contains under the description of each meal and on the label. If you are unsure you can always email us at info@zilla-meals.com
Do you ship?
YES! We ship anywhere in the USA! We ship vie UPS and will arrive 1-2 days after you choose your meals to be shipped out!
Do you have a storefront?
We do! We are located at Zilla Meals HQ at 230 E Mount Vernon St. Somerset KY 42501

what if my meals do not arrive or are damaged?
If you receive damaged meals from FedEx, please email us photos of the damage to info@zilla-meals.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. A claim can NOT be filed after 24 hours of delivery
What should i expect when i receive my order?
Each meal will be cryo-vac sealed, and packed tightly. Each package is shipped with dry ice which may freeze your food in transit, but you can easily thaw out to reheat!
Can i enter more than 1 discount code at check out?
Only 1 discount code can be used per order
what if i miss my pick up time at a drop off spot?
Each drop off location has it's own hours. If you do not arrive at the time you chose, the meals could be discarded. Please be sure to arrive on time
